About the Course
The aims of this course are to give students an understanding of general management principles and of how quality is managed. It will also explain the methodology of quality improvement, in particular, the various tools and techniques for analysis. The Diploma in Quality Management is professionally accredited by EIQA.

Entry Level
An introduction to Quality Assurance Course and/or relevant work experience, or an equivalent qualification is required for entry to the Diploma Part 1. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English.
